JEJ Continuing Proud Traditions of Community Support

J.E. Jamerson & Sons is continuing its proud tradition of supporting local community programs by being a primary sponsoring of the Lynchburg Humane Society’s Best Friends Ball, the Holiday Lake 4-H Center Blue Grass Festival, The Appomattox County Athletic Boosters Club Bluegrass Series and sponsoring the Appomattox Historical Society’s Civil War Reenactment.

New Home for State Farm

When Edgar Jones decided he needed to relocated from an old building in downtown Farmville, he selected J.E. Jamerson & Sons to meet both his tight budget and tight time frame.  J.E. Jamerson & Sons exceeded his expectations completing the colonial style building in 75 days and less that $80 per square foot.

It can be done!  $77 per square foot in 77 days.  Owner John Buckles of Shakers Restaurant Corporation is estatic about his new office building designed and constructed by J.E. Jamerson & Sons.

In August of 2012, J.E. Jamerson & Sons completed 11 projects.  These projects were completed on time during one of the hottest summers on record.  It would not have been possible if it wasn't for our dedicated employees.

JEJ Sponsors Blue & Brew Festival

In their continuing support of the Holiday Lake 4-H Center, J.E. Jamerson & Sons sponsor the 2nd Annual Blue & Brew Festival.  This festival featured bluegrass music from local bands, food vendors, and local breweries/wineries.  Proceeds of this festival benefit the continuing educational programs of the 4-H Center and its committment to conservation and preservation of our natural resources.

Appomattox Primary School Dedicates New & Renovated Facility

On August 15th, 2012, Appomattox County Public Schools celebrated the completion of the renovations and additions to its Primary School with a ribbon cutting ceremony.  This $12 million project included the complete renovation of 59,000 s.f. of existing space and adding 30,000 s.f. of new space. The renovation portion of the project was completed in 62 days.
